What the price covers
Every price on LeanWay Health includes the medication, the online visit with a licensed provider, ongoing messaging with your care team and shipping, unless the product page shows a separate fee line. There are no hidden fees. Most products are billed monthly; men's sexual health and hair products are billed every 3 months, and the amount billed is shown next to the price.
When you're charged
You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.
Renewals
Your plan renews automatically at the price and interval shown until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your next refill by emailing support@leanwayhealth.com. Your provider checks in before refills.
Insurance, HSA and FSA
We do not accept insurance. Some expenses may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement; this is not certain, so check with your plan administrator.
