Who provides your care
Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review LeanWay Health assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. LeanWay Health provides the website and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
Your provider's name, credential and license are given in your care materials before treatment begins.
What we do not promise
- Not everyone qualifies. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.
- We never promise a prescription, a particular result or a timeline.
