If prescribed, your prescription goes to VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, which prepares it and ships it discreetly. Shipping is included.
When you're charged
You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.
Pharmacy relationship
Prescriptions written by LocumTele providers are sent to VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, which prepares, labels and ships your medication under an individual prescription. LeanWay Health is a telehealth platform. It is not a pharmacy and does not compound or manufacture medications.
Who provides your care
Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review LeanWay Health assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. LeanWay Health provides the website and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
Visits happen through a secure telehealth platform. Your licensed provider reviews your intake before any prescription is issued.
